JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Code EC (14) drivers's licence with no endorsements with valid PDP
Minimum of 5 years previous truck driving experience (Superlinks)
Minimum of 3 years experience in training and coaching long distance drivers
In-depth knowledge of the operating and legislation requirements of the transport and logistics industry
Knowledge of TETA accredited training requirements would be an advantage
Must be willing to travel with other drivers for a minimum duration of 2 weeks in order to conduct on the job coaching
Must have working knowledge/experience of Superlinks & Tri-axle trailers (Tippers, Flat-decks, Drop-side Trailers)
