JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driver Instructor/Trainer

Accountable for:

Preparation of training Schedules
Training in the classroom and on the job
Providing input for the development of training material
Coaching and mentoring
Conducting performance assessments
Feedback to management on training/trainee performance
Assisting with driver learnership recruitment
Assisting with driver of the year competition
Assisting elsewhere as and when required

Requirement for position:

Education: Grade 12 would be an advantage
Previous experience: 3-4 years deriving experience at code 14 level is essential
Previous driver instructor/ training experience will be a definite advantage
Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy will be an advantage

Special Skills: Good communication/ interpersonal skills are essential Physical health: General good health is essential
