Draughtsman (FMCG Machinery) - Killarney Gardens - R12,000-R15,000 (Neg)

Requirements:

Designed machinery such as Conveyers, Ovens, Mixers, Moulders or similar machinery  

Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

Have a good understanding of mechanics, structures and pneumatics

Be willing to travel and work overtime on short notice

Be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

Be hands-on and involved with the manufacturing and installation process

Key Performances:

review drawings for accuracy, material selection, manufacturability, machining techniques, finishes, etc.

Work cooperatively with clients, colleagues, contractors, management, and suppliers.

Communicate with vendors for technical information and specifications

Select purchased components and ‘off the shelf” solutions as appropriate to meet requirements

Participate in site visits to vendor/supplier and client facilities as required

Be willing to travel and work overtime on short notice

Be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

Produce full design and manufacturing drawings

Participate in design review processes

Be hands on and involved with the manufacturing and installation process
