Are you an experienced Draftsmen who is looking to see your drawings come to life? Then this could be your dream job! A world class machine manufacture is looking for a dynamic Draftsman to join their growing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
  • Develop detailed designs with a team of engineers by means of 3D and 2D CAD software.
  • Provide support to the sales team with 3D concept layouts for accurate bill of materials.
  • Measure or verify equipment and parts to redesign or re-manufacture.
  • Compilation of parts manuals.
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites and verify designs.

Education:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • N4 - N6 Drafting Course

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Advanced experience in Revit or Advanced Steel
  • Mechanical and technical background
  • Background in structural engineering and welding methods
  • Experience in or knowledge of weld detailing and weld maps
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of drawing standard codes and specifications
