Doringkloof, Centurion, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (BONDS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to ABSA Bank Bond Registrations a must (Key requirement)
-Experience in Property Transfers preferred
-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of ABSA Bank bond registrations and relevant documents
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
