Divisional Accountant - Namibia Windhoek

SUMMARY:
Our client a Retail based in Cape Town SA is looking for an experienced Divisional Accountant to join their Namibian team. Must be able to communicate well in Afrikaans.

POSITION INFO:

1. Credit Management

• Review of age analysis
• Preparing of credit review update reports
• Monitoring problem debtors account status
• Updating account receivable details required for group reporting

2. Managing debtors and orders staff
3. Preparation of GL recons for region’s profit centre
4. Monthly reporting on income statement variances and financial critical performance indicators.
5. Annual budget preparation
6. New store loan accounts

• Drawing up loan schedules
• accounting for loans on SAP

This role reports to the Financial Manager.
