POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Manage, motivate and control all the staff working in your section on a daily basis
Manage administrative documentation accurately and timeously
Management of a team of 20 people
Management of drivers and assistants
To reach targets set by management
Manage a fleet that mainly consists of 4 ton trucks with racks

Requirements:

A good understanding of the JHB road network
Extensive experience in logistics/ transport/ dispatch
A highly motivated individual that is driven by targets and tonnage
Strong leadership skills
Team player
Excellent administration skills
Quick thinker and problem solver
Practical and "hands on".
Experience with using fleet management software (Itrack)
Excellent communications skills
Matric
Tertiary education advantageous
