Dispatch Administrator Ottery Cape town

Our Manufacturing client in Ottery is looking for a Dispatch Administrator with 2-3 years’ experience as a Dispatch.

Job Description

Full administration process of dispatch function

Co-ordinate Orders due for dispatch

Co-ordinate Sample Orders due for dispatch

Annual Stock Take and cycle counts

Investigate non-conformances within the dispatch warehouse

Co-ordinate returns from suppliers

Monthly Reporting

Min Requirements

Matric

Relevant qualification – Added advantage

2-3 + years’ experience in dispatch admin/supply chain

incumbent must be proficient with good knowledge in the following areas:

Solid dispatch/supply chain/operations understanding

Experience in Syspro or similar ERP
