Digital Transformation Manager

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just talk digital transformation — you live it. If you’re the kind of person who can see the cracks in a legacy system from a mile away, rally teams around a bold new vision, and get sh*t done without getting lost in the buzzwords, we want to meet you.
 
This role is for someone who’s equally at home chatting strategy with the C-suite and getting into the weeds with ops and tech teams. You'll be the go-to person for turning big ideas into tangible change, building digital systems that work, and helping people get excited (not scared) about using them.

POSITION INFO:

Building and executing a smart, actionable digital roadmap that actually supports business goals
Managing digital projects end-to-end: budget, timelines, stakeholder herding, the works
Spotting opportunities for innovation — whether that’s new tools, better processes, or future-proof tech
Making change management feel human, not like a corporate steamroller
Driving adoption of new systems in a way that sticks
Working cross-functionally with everyone from marketing and ops to IT and external partners
Keeping one eye on performance and the other on what’s next

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years leading digital transformation, tech strategy, or major digital projects
A solid grounding in business and tech (degree in ITor Business helps)
Experience managing big, messy change — and getting results
Strong leadership and communication skills (you know how to bring people with you)
Working knowledge of tools like CRMs, ERPs, Jira, Asana, and the like
Bonus points for eCommerce or logistics experience — not essential, but useful
