JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role
  • You will be expected to grow awareness & drive adoption for the company  by producing SEO content for the website 
  • Create more blog content.
  • Manage & maintain the website and build new landing pages
  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines provided to the SEO agency
  • Ability to understand and improve on achieving objectives thru quality goal setting
  • Quality assurance checks (revisit, optimise & improve) on content and website functionality
  • Create various forms of content(Direct customer comms, web, social media, paid advertising etc.)
  • Social media campaign management and content creation (from  concept to copywriting and incentives while working closely with design)
Key relationship: Work with designers to create engaging content

Understanding & experience required:
  • Analytics tools to report on the performance of website, social media & direct marketing campaigns and content
  • Implement tracking methods using tags across digital platforms and customer communications.
  • Identify new channels and platforms to engage relevant audiences to acquire new users 
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting & content creation (short and long-form.) 
  • CRM tools
  • CMS systems for managing website
  • Google Analytics and Tableau. 
  • Google Tag manager 

Wishlist:

  • Previous experience, you've worked within the fintech space or a startup that is swiftly scaling.
