Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist required to assist with the optimisation of online marketing campaigns.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimisation of online marketing efforts for the brand as well as creating, editing, and posting online content using a variety of electronic devices and tools.

Responsibilities:

Build online brand awareness in order to drive sales

Create and optimise online adverts through Google AdWords (search, display, mobile, video), Facebook and other platforms

Actively involvement with SEO

Generate innovative ideas to reinforce marketing campaigns across digital channels

To develop engaging content for online platforms

Translate media plan into a digital campaign by ensuring correct dates, targeting, budgets, objectives and placements are applied

Manage the content strategy, including copywriting and website updates

Write engaging and shareable content across different platforms, including social media, websites and emails

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise its distribution

Brief technical updates to the development team

Collaborate with designers and outsourced suppliers to improve user experience

Navigate and dive into Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other digital analytics tools to extract and build on performance intelligence

Provide launch reports and regular interim as well as monthly reports

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Portuguese – Speak, Read and Write

Grade 12 or equivalent coupled with a Digital Marketing related tertiary qualification

3 + years’ experience as a Digital Marketer

Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO / SEM / Growth hacking

Experience with Facebook Ad Manager

Experience using Content Management systems

Knowledge of Online Advertising Platforms

Knowledge of web analytics tools

Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, DoubleClick)

Technical knowledge of reporting on multiple media platforms
