Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking to hire a  a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing UK based client who provides great technology to serve global manufacturers to adapt, survive and thrive in a digital world.

Job Role 

To implement and manage TCPRO digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals and KPI’s. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for keeping up to date with new digital marketing techniques and contributing to the development of the digital marketing strategy. 

Digital Expert & Operator

• Plan, execute and analyse all digital marketing activities
• Optimise digital marketing performance to achieve better results
• Responsible for all digital marketing content creation (adverts, banners etc.) 
• Responsible for launching and running all digital marketing content
• Write and proofread marketing copy for online material (website, social channels etc.) 
• Write and manage content for the TCPRO blog, in line with company tone of voice and SEO strategy 
• Support brand guardianship and work in line with company brand guidelines 

Work alongside the marketing team to deliver the strategic vision  •          Other activities as required 

Marketing Platforms & Channels 

• Work with our CRM and Campaign Software, design test and optimise workflows ad automation from leads to CRM. 

Work closely with I.T. to maintain and improve the TCPRO website

• Take ownership of the partner portals and ensure all marketing is executed in line with best practice guidelines
• Create and manage all social media channels in our company ‘tone of voice’, take ownership of the social media content calendar, create and manage content and plan specific campaigns in line with objectives 

Conversion Rate Optimisation 

• Ensure all landing pages are fully optimised
  • Continuous conversion rate optimisation
  • Maintain all calls to action (CTA’s) and ensure these are optimised •        Identify opportunities for link building on the website 

Supplier Management

• Key account management - build and maintain relationships with all digital marketing suppliers, to include our digital marketing specialist partner (SEO, PPC, search & display etc.) 
• Manage relationships with partnership companies and develop cross promotion opportunities
• Work closely with creative agencies where applicable, for example, launching campaign material, creating videos, web content etc. 
• Build relationships with PR firm(s) 

Analytics & Reports

• Report on all digital marketing activities, adopting a data science approach
• Improve end-to-end tracking of customer activity through defined goals to commercial outcomes
• Report and identify trends 
• Provide reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders within the business

Skills 

• Strong research skills, along with an analytical mind

      •      Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills          

      •      Excellent design skills with a result focus    

      •      Pro-active, responsive, adaptable, organised and willing to take ownership   

      •      Quick learner and able to become familiar with new technologies and concepts quickly

• Graphic design and video creation   

Competence 

• Marketing Automation and CRM (Zoho  Campaign and Social) 
• Microsoft software packages 
• Use and understanding of all the major social media platforms
• Understanding of  Photoshop and InDesign 

Knowledge

• Experience with SEO, PPC, display & search and social media management Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, and must have worked within a digital marketing role previously
• Experience in email marketing (advantageous)
