Digital Marketing Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader within the field of sanitary products, is looking for a Digital Marketing Administrator to join their team.  This position will be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

• Provide support to the Marketing team in the handling of all tasks required for the maintenance and management of the website and related marketing activity
• Website content and image uploading
• Inventory review and testing
• Website checking and testing 
• Support marketing across channels including display, print, social and online
• Pre-sales customer support on email, social or other channels
• Posting of social, print and other marketing content
• Responsible for supporting in compiling website statistics, reports and analysis
• Efficient handling and processing of pre-sales, sales and customer service queries and all related administration
• Conducting UAT (user acceptance tests) 
• Tracking e-commerce testing results
• Executing test data and configuration requirements, providing feedback to technical teams
• Quality assurance checks
• Executing post-go-live checks
• Reporting:  Working with the rest of the team to support on reporting to accurately monitor metrics (including, but not limited to):  Sales statistics, websites customer statistics and website performance and marekting campaign performance
• Social media planning and analytics
