Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative candidate, who is passionate about marketing, for an exciting new opportunity that has become available in Port Elizabeth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12.
• Design and/or Digital Marketing qualifications highly beneficial.
• At least 2 years’ experience with Digital and Social Media Marketing.
• Graphic Design experience.
• Highly proficient with the Adobe suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premium Rush.
• Solid knowledge of and experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with photography and video editing.
• Overall understanding of and passion for Marketing.
• Innovative / out of the box thinker.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Develop and implement Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies for various brands.
• Define target markets and specifically reach out to and attract target market groups.
• Create content for digital platforms (design and copy).
• Manage the social / digital media platforms of various brands.
• Utilize social media to drive customers to online store / retail store.
• Manage and update the website, i.e. load products; source images from brands; write descriptions.
• Manage online store.
• Maximize the ROI of Marketing efforts.
• Graphic Design:
  • Logos
  • Labels
  • Signage
  • Billboards
  • Catalogue: Design and update weekly
  • In-store marketing: Posters, promos, etc.
• Liaise with shopping centre marketing team (source marketing opportunities / share content for centre’s social media platforms, etc.).
• Photography / lifestyle shoots.
• Video Editing (e.g. TV displays).
