An opportunity for a Digital Marketer in the Recruitment Industry is available in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications.
• Digital marketing or similar qualification. 
• Min 5 years’ experience with an existing portfolio of key responsibilities.
• WordPress knowledge (experience +- 3 years) development and design.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud packages
• Computer literate (MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Preferred requirements and skills:
• Strong personal brand.
• Animated videos and general design
• Business writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Willing to work under extreme pressure
• Deadline driven
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of new digital trends and technologies, always looking to see what can be implemented into the business
• Proven experience leading and managing SEO, lead generation, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in design and online marketing and measurement
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties:

• Increase brand awareness - Influencer marketing, direct advertising, online event planning, internal and external participation and support, content marketing and brand awareness campaigns
• Website Design and Development – coordinate the design and functionality of our website, working alongside developers and designers and coordinating the process.
• Content Creation – website content and creation and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
• SEO and SEM – ensure that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM) - drive relevant traffic to website/s
• Social Networking – responsible for managing the entire Cluster’s online presence, customer queries and service via social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter) through dashboards and other relevant tools
