SUMMARY:
Global manufacturing and logistics company seeks a Digital Manager responsible for developing and overseeing CRM strategies that add value to the business. Will also be responsible to formulate and manage the digital marketing initiatives for the organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:
  • Independently drive Digital strategies for both CRM and eCommerce in line with Industry / best in class trends
  • Create CRM journeys for customers, based on segmentation to follow in the 18 - 24month purchase journey of the product lifecycle
  • Develop strategies around the digital platforms to be involved in and how to manage the online journey for customers
  • Plan, Develop & execute National digital programs & campaigns including online advertising, website strategy, and design, social media, mobile & deliverables
  • Ensure successful delivery of the company’s digital activity within time and budget whilst delivering exceptional creative product
  • Manage social media programmes (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and all other programmes added to the social media platform
  • Maintain all websites applicable to the company and ensure that all aspects of the websites are up to date and operational
  • Site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting
  • Ensure understanding of the relevant digital/regulatory guidelines in the marketplace
  • Develop and maintain centralized database which provides insight into retail and consumer behavior and facilitate more targeted and effective campaigns
  • Ensure that the CRM database can facilitate the execution and measurement of acquisition and loyalty/retention
  • Recommend best practices based on campaign and customer data analytics
  • Deliver tangible accountable results for the company’s network by providing qualified loyalty and conquest opportunities to the network that convert into sales.
  • Provide guidance for subordinates in their roles to ensure that employees are well adapted to workflow processes and are able to be fully competent in their roles

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce/ Entrepreneurship/ Software Engineering
  • The ideal candidate would have launched an eCom platform to market previously
  • 5 -7 years’ experience in CRM & eCom, Digital Marketing
  • Customer Relationship Management (crucial)
  • Valid Driver’s License
