SUMMARY:
The Strategic Transformation and Digital Services (ST&DS) Lead must establish a digital capability a

POSITION INFO:

An MBA or appropriate Tertiary Degree

10 to 15 years’ experience in Management with specific experience and expertise within architecting, developing and implementing digital solutions (cloud, mobility, AI, robotics, machine learning, IOT, etc.)

Core skills and qualities:

Interpersonal skills: The ST&DS Lead needs to have the ability to form good relationships with OEMs, Vendors, Partners, Client, Practice Leads and Business Units to develop an effective, robust and strategically aligned Digitalisation Business Unit that will give effect to the G2M strategy. Have the ability to become the strategic advisor to key Customer’s C+ level by having a good understanding of our customers’ environments. Ability to empower and provide direction to the reporting stuff. Ability to ensure that the formulated G2M strategy is adopted and implemented by all Managers in GTS.
Analytical skills: The ST&DS Manager must have a strong technical expertise to understand, develop and position digital solutions (cloud, AI, robotics, machine learning, analytics, AI, etc) to the market. As well as have the ability to understand market trends and leverage from the best global digital technologies.
