SUMMARY:
Our client in the Skills Development Public Service Sector has an opportunity available for a Digital Communication Assistant Administrator in the Randburg area. This will be a contract position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

M+3 qualification in Communication/ Marketing/ Public Relations or relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing/ communication.
Experience in managing and creating campaigns on social media platforms.
Willingness to travel and work overtime.
Driver’s licence will be added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point.

KPAs:

Pre-screening social media posts on all related platforms.
Respond to queries within 24 hours or match the acceptable social media platform standards.
Assist with creation of social media campaigns.
Develop content plans for all social media platforms.
Build and maintain online relationships.
Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimisation.
Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
