Digital & Marketing Manager

Duties And Responsibilities:
* Creatively working with our in-house Designer. Direct and manage all brand communications. Assess collateral to ensure that the brand standards are upheld, remain relevant, aspirational, and innovative while communicating effectively.
* Manage all digital channels and touchpoints between the brand and its stakeholders, across social media, email, website, online, in-app, and others. Engage with the companies consumers digitally to ensure communication to its consumers, create awareness among new consumers, and remains top of mind.
* Manage the company’s application to drive consumer loyalty and digital transformation and all other digital loyalty and payment platforms. Manage the company’s 3rd party digital partnerships for payments, rewards, coupons, and vouchers for customer acquisition and business growth. Manage the company’s brand presence and online product listings, as well as work with delivery platforms to drive sales.
* Manage the company’s public relations across all channels. Manage relationships with its ambassadors, influencers, media, and all other key stakeholders. Manage key strategic brand partnerships to deliver strong brand equity. Collaborate with brands to strategically align and leverage each other’s consumers and brand value.
* Manage all consumer face-to-face engagements out of home and brand activations. Creating meaningful and engaging consumer and key stakeholder experiences to communicate the brand''s messages. Build strong relationships with the company’s audience.
* Manage all aspects of customer relationships and community management across all touchpoints, both in-store and digital to ensure that all the companies customer interactions are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Management of Customer Service portfolio for the business.
* Work with Trade Marketing Manager to manage the international territories from a brand and marketing perspective. Communicating new launches, campaigns, and other updates, to ensure that the brand standards are upheld internationally and that the brand remains consistent.
* Budgeting, reporting, administration, competitor analysis, and market research. Ensure that the brand''s efforts in each aspect are delivered effectively and the team''s focus and outputs are strategically aligned with the overall company objectives and goals.

* Proficient in: Microsoft Office, CMS, Analytics, email marketing, CRM systems, and social media.
* Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team and lead.
