POSITION INFO:

Description and skills

Project leadership and a proven track record of successfully leading business integration projects in the fields of data science and machine learning. Experience formulating, prioritising and evaluating the ROI of business optimisation projects. Mathematical acumen, including statistics. Sound people and relationship skills that foster collaboration, leadership, project management, communication and teamwork. Technical expertise in in areas such as industrial engineering, IT infrastructure, data preparation, data engineering, machine learning operationalisation, and data and analytics governance.

Education and Requirements:

BEng Industrial Engineering (Essential/Minimum or)

BEng Engineering (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)

Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

Engineering Council of SA (PrEng) (Essential/Minimum)

Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
