POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic
to join our team in Iswepe, Mpumalanga.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing skilled diesel and petrol vehicle and machine maintenance
- Supervising repair shop and workshop team
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality management systems
- Carrying out standby duties as required
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- N3 Mechanical
- Accredited trade test qualification in Diesel Mechanics
- 5+ years' experience in motor mechanic maintenance in a heavy industry factory/forestry/agriculture
- Experience with hydraulics
- Unendorsed Code EC vehicle license
- Computer literate in Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to communicate in English
- Clear criminal record
