Diesel Mechanic

One of our clients based in Parow Industria , Hire Heavy Construction Machinery Equipments , they are looking for a Diesel Mechanic, to join their team. Please read through the job spec before applying.

CRITERIA:

Proof of Qualifications (Diesel Mechanic qualifications etc.)

Code 10 or 14 Licence ( Proof of Drivers license)

Own transport

Availability for Standby rotation - 1 week on at a time - 24/7

GENERAL RESPONISIBILITES:

Diagnose faults - identify problems and solutions

Repair and maintain equipment

Onsite repairs

Delivery and collection of equipment

Quality and integrity assessment and implementation of machines

Customer needs assessment on sites

 Engine overhauls

Any requirements with regards to upliftment and improvement of the company  in general

REMUNERATION OFFERED:

R15000.00 - R18000.00 starting monthly Salary

3 Month probation

Provident fund (3% employee, 5% employer) should the candidate become permanently employed, after the 3 month probation period.

HOURS:

 7 - 7.30 am to 5 - 5.30 pm - depending on customer needs

Weekends: only if there is a backlog in the maintenance of equipment and catch up is needed
