SUMMARY: One of the leading financial services providers based Goodwood is looking for an experienced Dialler specialist to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
KPI’s• Align dialler campaigns to new business processes and requirements• Align dialler campaigns to existing customer management processes• Prepare post implementation reviews of campaigns with change proposals where necessary• Identify Call Blending Management opportunities• Ensure processes are documented with latest activities• Analyse reports and interpret results while making recommendations to further improve results • Ensure activity logs are kept and anomalies or success rates are reported• Project support role as required by managementRequirements• Senior Certificate – Grade 12.• Must have min 3 to 5+ years’ experience within the Presence dialler environment.• Scenario based capacity planning – outbound.• Tableau and SQL report writing (advantageous)• Diploma or certificate in Statistics and/or workforce planning (advantageous)• Willing to work shifts***This is a Fixed Term Contract position
