Diagnostic / Master Technician

Our client a well established Automotive Dealership is seeking the services of a Diagnostic / Master Technician who has Working Workshop Foreman experience for the Cape Town Branch. Assistance for relocation will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training, managing and mentoring staff, managing the workshop workflow, liaising with clients regarding vehicle status, achieving workshop targets, motivating workshop team, repair and troubleshoot vehicles.

Salary: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month + Incentives and Benefits.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Qualified Master / Diagnostic Technician with reputable brand (Non negotiable)
• Red Seal Certificate (Non negotiable)
• Experience as a Workshop Foreman 
• Must have strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
• Must have excellent knowledge / track record of managing and achieving workshop hours
• Must be able to manage workshop staff
• Good time management skills are essential
• Must be very well spoken and presentable to deal with clients.
