SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic / Working Foreman to join their team in Pretoria North, Gauteng. Candidates must have at least 6 years' experience as a Diagnostic Diesel Technician, as well as a Diagnostic Certificate. EE candidates only.

Position: Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic / Working Foreman (EE Candidates Only)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as Diagnostic Diesel Technician.
Diagnostic Certificate required (mandatory).
List all brands of trucks worked on.
Preferred brand experience: Volvo / UD / Isuzu
English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
Computer literacy (Diagnostic Systems).
Clean-cut and well-groomed.

Must be able to perform various tasks such as:

Mechanical & Electrical Diagnostics (Priority).
Complex technical repairs.
Minor and Major Services.
Engine Remove and replace.
Engine Strip & Assemble.
Gearbox Remove & Replace.
Braking Systems.
Steering.
Suspension.
Differentials.
ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS.
MECHANICAL DIAGNOSTICS.
