SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic / Working Foreman to join their team in Pretoria North, Gauteng. Candidates must have at least 6 years' experience as a Diagnostic Diesel Technician, as well as a Diagnostic Certificate. EE candidates only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic / Working Foreman (EE Candidates Only)
Industry: Automotive 
Location: Pretoria North, Gauteng
Salary: R23 000.00 (plus Incentives and Benefits)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience as Diagnostic Diesel Technician.
  • Diagnostic Certificate required (mandatory).
  • List all brands of trucks worked on.
  • Preferred brand experience: Volvo / UD / Isuzu
  • English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
  • Computer literacy (Diagnostic Systems).
  • Clean-cut and well-groomed.

  • Detailed up to date CV 
  • Separately from the CV attached all relevant documents 
Must be able to perform various tasks such as:
  • Mechanical & Electrical Diagnostics (Priority).
  • Complex technical repairs.
  • Minor and Major Services.
  • Engine Remove and replace.
  • Engine Strip & Assemble.
  • Gearbox Remove & Replace.
  • Braking Systems.
  • Steering.
  • Suspension.
  • Differentials.
  • ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS.
  • MECHANICAL DIAGNOSTICS.
