SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Development Operations Manager to join our team.

POSITION INFO:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses; and

Minimum of 5 years'' experience in a Development Operations Manager or equivalent role.

- Experience in ITIL / Project Management / IT Operations / DevOps

The role of the Development Operations Manager encompasses many activities including (but not limited to):

- Manage WCG laaS / PaaS and laaS Platforms

- Ensure governance and support to DevOps Platform and Processes.

- Drive and support product team''s delivery on operational support and maintenance of - - Server / Applications platforms and product development within the Systems Development Life cycle;

- Manage delivery from a number of ICT product teams,

typically to deliver a specific product or transformation; Put measures in place to report on the effectiveness of the service delivery;

- Ensure governance, continuity and stability of all procedures in the relevant departmental unit using best practices;

- Identify and implement change within the existing team to ensure it can take on new service offerings;

- Manage an ICT service desk; and

- Report to and assist the Director or senior manager of the relevant departmental unit.
