The company is looking for a DevOps administrator who can ensure their product operations run smoothly. This includes management and support of hybrid cloud and site infrastructure, virtual machines, Azure Cloud monitoring as well as specialized product support.

Responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure client satisfaction by assisting clients where needed and achieving the desired outcome.
• Provide support and offer training to the ITOps and Support teams
• Offer after hours / weekend support to clients and developers/operations teams.
• Testing of software / QA products
• Improving CI/CD and deployment methods
• Ensure system infrastructure is optimal for intended function.
• Manage server infrastructure and troubleshoot advanced system issues.
• Deploy servers or applications to infrastructure.
• Automating tasks
• Be the link between operations and developers.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and make sure everything is running at optimal performance.
• Run and maintain different Product environments (Development, Stage, Production)

Requirements:

• Science or Information Technology (BSc Computer Science /
• Electronic Engineering).
• Working knowledge of Agile principles.
• +6 System Administration experience with Automation and advanced trouble shooting
• Administration experience with:
• Python,
• HTML,
• nginx,
• Apache,
• Ansible,
• Jenkins,
• Gitlab ,
• Nagios,
• Netdata,
• ssl certificate management.
• AWS and Azure Management 3- .
• Linux administration 3-5 years’ experience
• PC hardware knowledge for advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience in the mining industry would be beneficial.
• Experience working for a software company/software as a service environment experience.
