Desktop Technician Trainee

- Are you currently unemployed, between the age of 22 and 27years, consider yourself dedicated, committed and hardworking? With a strong Interest in pursuing a career as Desktop Technician/ Cloud Administrator and acquiring international vendor certification.

POSITION INFO:

- Afrika Tikkun Services is looking for people like you to join the full time 3 months Desktop Technician training with high possibility of Placement at the end of the Training, based in Gauteng Midrand.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• The Integral role and value of a desktop advanced support technician throughout all areas of the support organization.
• The Importance of understanding the business supported and how to partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive performance and efficiencies.
• Understand the differences between trouble-shooting and problem solving and acquire tried and true approaches for resolving root problems.
• Valuable active listening skills and effective communication strategies, along with effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours and situations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Diploma/Degree in IT or closely related field from a recognised higher learning institution.
• Must have a strong interest to pursue a career as Desktop Technician/ Cloud Administrator
• Must be between the age of 22 - 27 years 
• Must be located in above mentioned location or surrounding.
• Must have easy access to internet connection
• Have laptop (ideal)
