 3 year Degree supporting this function - HR / Training etc
Instructional Design qualification advantages
ETQA and or OD-ETDP
2-5 years instructional design experience 
2 years facilitation experience BUT NOT essential
Adult education, training and development.
Photoshop, Articulate (or similar), Captivate, PowerPoint and other appropriate software and platforms.
