Fully Remote (Cape Town), UK working hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm)

Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 pm

The Role: Designer (Brand & Campaign)

This role exists to manage the full creative lifecycle of brand identity and campaign execution projects. It contributes to the business by delivering high-quality outputs across branding, digital campaigns, web/UX, and marketing assets while managing multiple creative streams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines effectively with 3-5 years of experience.

• Design and develop brand identities, including logos and visual systems.

• Translate brand strategy into cohesive, high-quality creative outputs.

• Conceptualize and execute marketing and campaign ideas.

• Deliver design work across digital and print formats, including social content, presentations, email/CRM assets, and web/UX designs.

• Present creative work to clients with clear rationale.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists, including development, motion, and production teams.

• Explore and integrate AI and emerging tools into creative workflows.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience.

• Relevant degree in Design or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing both brand identity and campaign work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with Figma and Canva.

• Proven ability to take projects from concept through to delivery.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in and openness to AI-driven creative tools.

• Experience with HubSpot or Eloqua asset creation.

• Motion design skills, such as After Effects.

• 3D design experience, such as Blender or Cinema4D.

• Background working with B2B, tech, or science-focused clients.
