POSITION INFO:

A vacancy exists for a Design/ Marketing assistant at an internationally well-recognized manufacturing company in the Western Cape.

Requirements:

•             Matric

•             Experience in sales, marketing, and design preferable

•             Fluent in English and Afrikaans

•             Excellent telephonic and communication skills.

•             Computer literacy is essential (Sketch-up / CAD / Exposure to rendering & social/ digital media platforms & Microsoft Office 365)

•             Well organised and sound work ethic.

•             Target orientated and able to work under pressure.

•             Problem solving skills

Duties will include:

•             Sales and admin support to the sales manager

•             Basic 3D modelling and rendering of products

•             Daily/ Weekly social media content development & implementation

•             Digital and marketing support to sales team (ex. Customer presentations)

•             Administration and layout of technical documents

•             Propose design execution of marketing campaigns across multiple digital media channels

•             Provide Design direction internally and externally for all digital campaigns

•             Establish and promote digital guidelines, best practises, and standards in coordination with marketing and brand initiatives. 

In summary, the ideal candidate would have to have good computer communication skills with creative aptitude to assist the sales team with marketing support. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s social media platforms.

Salary R12k pm.
