 Design Assistant 

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join the team and to assist the Lead Designer . The junior graphic designer will demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and have a professional approach to feedback, time, costs and deadlines.

To be successful as a junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful junior graphic designer should be able to create imaginative design, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company’s visions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graphic Qualification or similar
• as a graphic designer
• Experience with design software a graphic editing software such as InVision and Photoshop
• Know Adobe Suite: INdesign /Illustrator
• Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping
• Ability to work well within a team
• Time management skills
• A talent for creativity and problem solving
• Own transport
• Must have an eye for detail and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers information and materials needed from designated individuals to accomplish tasks
• Becomes familiar with brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity
• Accurately estimates the time required to complete work, and works successfully with time and cost constraints
• Proofreads and ensures high quality of work
• Conceptualizes assignments by designing rough layouts of arts and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, size and style, and related aesthetic concepts as per specified media requirements.
• Obtains approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts, timelines and estimates for approval to Lead Designer  and VP of Marketing
• Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and staying up to date on marketing and design trends, etc
• Assist in designing marketing materials that have high visual impact, and help present our products and services to the public and our partner clients in a breakthrough way
• Assist in designing corporate communications, presentations, product packaging, sales flyers and promotional elements.
