An award winning modern Bistro style Restaurant is looking for A Deputy Restaurant Manager.
As the 2IC the person should be able to cover the majority of the Rest Managers position and work hand in hand with the RM to achieve the restaurants objectives.
- Briefing to Rest Manager
- Provide full operational and some administrative support to the Rest Manager
- Managing and rostering staff
- Dissemination of delegated duties to HODs, head chef and staff
- Staff training
- Ensure the smooth running of Reception and Guest Services for a 80 to 100 seater restaurant
- Stock management
- Previous Experience in a similar busy bistro style environment
- Computer Literacy of stocks and invoices
