POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2 Year Administrative Experience advantageous
• MS Office computer literacy required
• Must have driver’s license and own transport
• Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
• Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the full admin function regarding the refunding of deposits.
• Compiling and reviewing necessary documents/information to proceed with deposit refund.
• Compiling list of notices received to start refund process the following month.
• Collecting all exit inspections from building managers and forward copies to maintenance to issue job cards where necessary.
• Confirm all arrears are settled.
• Confirm R&M recovery has been raised on Nicor once quotes are being received back from maintenance.
• Collect banking details for ex tenant.
• Keep spreadsheet up to date as tracking mechanism.
• Proactively communicate with tenants, keeping them informed as to the status of their deposit refund
• Take phone calls from tenants to answer refund queries
• File all paperwork and proof of payments in a suitable filing system

Salary: R20 000 CTC
