Our client is one of the most renowned Dentists specializing in biomimetics dentistry in the country. He currently has a vacancy for a Dental Receptionist to join his team.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 – 5 years’ experience reception in a dental or medical practice.
Experience with Practice management software and Customer Relationship management software.
Knowledge of dental codes and billing, advantageous.
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding phone, email and social media etiquette.
Strong social media skills (to post before & afters, marketing etc onto FB, Instagram and website)
Well-groomed and presentable.
