SUMMARY:
Dental Agents Required - Randburg - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Qualified Dental Practitioners and Qualified Dental Assistants to help our customers achieve the smile they deserve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA
Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information

Requirements:

Recognized Qualification in Dentistry or Dental Assistance
1 year or more of clinical chair-side experience required
Minimum of B2+ English proficiency, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
Strong computer navigation skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus
Progressive, business-minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry
MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE HPCSA
