POSITION INFO:
You’ll be joining a specialist team that validates high-impact models used across risk, finance, credit, fraud detection, and more. It’s a space where your work is seen, needed, and trusted.

You will get exposure across the full model landscape, the chance to challenge thinking, build challenger models, and drive real improvement across the business. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and built around growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate models, end-to-end, across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
Build challenger models to stress-test assumptions and improve model performance.
Work closely with technical and business teams to provide insight, feedback, and model challenge.
Review, document, and report on findings clearly to support risk and decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Honours in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
3+ years’ experience building, validating, or monitoring scorecards (credit application, behavior, or marketing).
Solid experience with data mining, predictive modelling, and analysis.
Strong understanding of the full credit lifecycle.
Able to work across multiple model types without getting overwhelmed.
