Well established Law Firm in Hyde Park is looking for a Deceased Estate Attorney to oversee their Wills, Deceased Estate and Trust departments

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Completed LLB Degree
Minimum 5 years’ Post Article experience as a Deceased Estate Attorney
Management experience required
Experience dealing with High Profile clients will be beneficial
Must be able to draft distribution and liquidation accounts
Must be able to draft wills
Must be fully bilingual
Must be able to work independently and must be able to work under pressure
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transport
