POSITION INFO:

Deceased Estate Administrator – Benoni

Suitably qualified individual who will be responsible for the holistic and full administration process relating to Deceased Estate matters in terms of relevant legislation and specifically to the Administration of Estates Act.    Responsible for the administration of estates ranging from 18/3 Estates to complex estates which may involve Capital Gains Tax and Estate Duty

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Certificate in Deceased Estate Administration via the Law Society or SA recognised institution
• Previous working of volume of files = 80+
• 18/3 Estates, Capital Gains Tax and Estate Duty working knowledge
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Deceased Estate Administrator
• Working experience of Legalease
• Computer literate – Legalease | Microsoft Office
• Technologically savvy in :

®     Relevant regulatory knowledge

®     Business Principles

®     Business terms and definitions

®     Governance, Risk and Controls
