SUMMARY:
Fast growing consulting firm requires a Debtors/Creditors Clerk to join their finance team. Minimum 4 yearsâ€™ creditors experience in reconciling Accounts Payable and balancing payments and debtors experience in reconciling Accounts Receivables and balancing receipts.

POSITION INFO:

Debtors/Creditors Clerk (Contract)

Fast growing consulting firm requires a Debtors/Creditors Clerk to join their finance team. Minimum 4 years’ creditors experience in reconciling Accounts Payable and balancing payments and debtors experience in reconciling Accounts Receivables and balancing receipts.

You will be responsible for following up on outstanding debts, credit control, processing credit applications and updating records, purchase order administration and processing invoices.

Minimum requirements include:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in finance, credit control or similar
Experience with SAGE is key.
Ability to communicate strongly in English and at least one other language
Minimum of 4 years Debtor''s Experience including:

ü Full function Debtors

ü Full function Creditors

ü Invoicing

ü Statements

ü Debt Collection

ü Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors

Location: The successful incumbent will primarily be based in Sandton.

Duration: 3 month contract (to start immediately)
