Debtors/Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:

A well-established fertiliser company is seeking a hands-on Debtors/Creditors Clerk to be responsible for the full debtors/creditors function of the business and to support the Financial Manager with general financial administration.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a tertiary financial qualification
• At least 2-3 years previous debtors/creditors experience will be required
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing orders and invoices.
• Capturing and processing Creditors’ invoices.
• Preparing bank reconciliations.
• Administering account receivables and account payables.
• Coordinating with other branches.
• Filing creditors transactions.
• Providing administrative support to the Financial Manager.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
