JOB DESCRIPTION:

A manufacturing company is currently looking for a Debtors / Wage / Creditors Clerk.

Weekly Duties:

Checking uploads of the clocking system for correctness.
Capturing of leave and loans on system
Payslips

Debtors Function & Creditors function:

Full debtors’ function
Allocation of funds received in banks – captured on a computer.
Daily reporting of debtor’s deposits
Limit reports to management
Downloads of data (Syspro)
Liaison with debtors regarding payments, copy invoice requirements, statements, and debtors’ reconciliations as required.
Matching and correctness of documents
Capturing documents on Syspro
Liaison with the suppliers on outstanding documents, as well as statements
Reconciliation with creditors for payment
Preparing Schedules for payments

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Grade 12
Minimum 6 years experience
Syspro & Sage 300 experience required
