SUMMARY:
Debtors Manager

POSITION INFO:

This exciting position is ideal for a candidate that can work in the Winelands District Cape Town. This is a full time position, based at the office, Monday to Friday. As a leader, you will you work in a dynamic buiness environment. You will be resonsible for the administration and management of the debtor''s function of the company, and will report to the FM.

Requirements:

Matric with a Diploma in Accounting

Sage Pastel Evolution and Payroll

Duties:

Perform daily/weekly checks on debtors'' accounts

Check internal controls of debtors'' function and improve where possible

Manage debtors'' clerk on buld debtors

Setting of debtor terms

Final sign off on credit applications

Management of dbtor terms from a strategic collection aspect

Processing of credit notes and sending statements of key accounts

Debt collection and management of debtors'' days

Daily cash collection and processing thereof

Weekly reporting on cash collected, debtors in arrears etc.
