Debtors / Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Debtors / Creditors Clerk for a permanent position based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Matric with 3+ years’ experience in Debtors/Creditors
• Computer literate – Pastel Partner essential + MS Office.  Paradigm system experience advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Reconciling debtors (R5m : 50 customers) and creditors (R4m : 15 suppliers)
• Trade references for all new debtors accounts
• Compiling supplier documents
• Invoices to be paid / Purchase Orders / Delivery notes
• Sending out debtor statements
• Stock control
• Monitoring inventory levels at various depot’s (EL, PE, Jhb, CT)

Salary:  R8 000.00 – R10 000.00 per month
