Debtors Controller

SUMMARY:
A well established property investment firm is looking for a strong and vibrant Debtors Controller to join their team of energetic and dynamic individuals.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Regular telephonic and email correspondence with tenants
• Management of leases and vacant spaces for commercial property
• Reconciliation of all tenants accounts i.e review tenants statements to ensure correct receipting
• Timely resolve tenant complaints and queries
• Monthly invoicing and credit notes as per strict deadlines
• Liaising with attorneys regarding defaulting tenant
• Ad hoc reporting on monthly debtors
• Ultimately the employee will need to be accountable for all queries raised in respect of debtors function.
• Ad Hoc Admin duties

Requirements

• BCom / NDip
• Experience in property finance, specifically debtors
• MS Office skills:
• Annual statutory and BEE audit experience
• MDA Property Management Software non negotiable
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
