SUMMARY:
Based in Roodepoort, must have Syspro and Supply Chain industry experience

POSITION INFO:

Credit management control

Issue and finalise Individual credit applications signed by customer and management

Monthly credit report - itemising:
-Current credit limits reconciled to CGIC and Syspro
-Changes in existing credit limits and reasons
-Temporary credit limits expiry dates
-New applications processed - both failed and approved total utilisation of facility

Payments not received after 1st working day of each month

Collections of debtors

Forecasted payment amount and payment date as confirmed by each debtor –

must be verifiable in writing

Monthly statement issued 2 days after invoicing is rolled each month
List of all PODs/QA sign off for all invoices reconciled to the Syspro weekly

POD matching

POD (Signed QA docs) not matched to within 48 hours of invoice date listed

Customer relationships

Monthly summary of customer comments

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant certificate or diploma
Knowledge of Syspro
Knowledge of Supply Chain industry
At least three years experience as a Debtors Clerk
