SUMMARY:

Do you have experience managing the debtors function within a Logistics/Transport company?
Our well-established Client requires your expertise to join their financial team at their office based in Tygervalley.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous

Minimum 3 years debtors experience

Experience in a Logistics or Transport company highly advantageous

Experience working on the Datatim system highly advantageous

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Very good communication skills in Afrikaans and English

DUTIES

Reporting to the Financial Manager

Working on computer system – Datatim

Receive and process purchase orders

Follow up on outstanding documents

Manage invoicing

Courier invoices to clients

Email invoices to clients

Send statements to clients

Load an allocate payments

Assist with queries on accounts

General administration duties as required

Salary: R12 – R14k dependent on experience
