Debtors Clerk, Durbanville

SUMMARY:
Our Client, a well established Company in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking for an individual to add value to their team.  They are a great team, strong work ethic and culture.

POSITION INFO:

Do you have 2 – 3 years’ debtors experience?  Are you conversant with MS Office, Xero and NetCash?

DUTIES:

• Process invoices and credit notes in Xero accounting system for various companies
• Follow up on outstanding debtors
• Allocate payments received
• Maintenance of debit orders on Netcash
• Follow up on missed debit orders
• Ensure that debtor balances are always up to date
• Monthly debtor reconciliations
• Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts and take necessary action to recover the debts
• Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information
