SUMMARY:
Debtors Clerk with SAP experience in Kempton Park area - Temp assignment (3 - 4 months)

POSITION INFO:

SAP experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

Keep record of the businesses customers and to recover these debts as well as verify any overdue accounts as to minimize the company’s bad debts exposure.
Ensure accurate records are kept
Meet deadlines
Daily transactions completed in order to maintain the debtors sub-ledger and other debtors’ related accounts.
High level of customer service and efficiency

Customer Record Creation, Master File, Payments, Collection of Monies Due, Report of Discrepancies, Credit limits, Issuing Statements, Query Solving, Age Analysis, Problematic Accounts, Legal Correspondence, Credit Notes, COD Transactions, Forecasts, Filing, etc.
