My Client is looking for a experienced Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

My Client is looking for a experienced Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Accounting
• Relevant Degree or Diploma would be highly advantageous
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years debtors experience
• Optometry / medical industry knowledge preferable
• Need to be available to start immedately
